I can’t believe this is my last favorites post of 2016. This year flew by. So many people say this year was terrible, but it was awesome for me. I took some great vacations, moved into an apartment I love, and completed another year of college. Although I discovered some health problems this year that have been a major struggle, I am still grateful for the experiences I had in 2016. Here’s what I was loving in December:
Beauty
- Aerin Rose Lip Conditioner. I am one of those people who has the driest lips ever 24/7. Even in the summer. It’s really annoying. I have never ever been able to find a lip product that helps my chapped lips until I found this. It’s life changing.
- Real Techniques Beauty Sponge. This is a dupe of the beauty blender, which I have never used before. I’m not sure why it took me so long to jump on the bandwagon, but I’m glad I did.
- Nars Lipstick in Jungle Red. I have been loving a good red lip during the holiday season. This one stayed on all day and night, even when I was eating and drinking.
Clothing
- Lululemon Free to be Tranquil Bra. I bought this sports bra because I really loved the blue color. It’s really comfortable and I wear it all the time. So worth the money!
- Victoria’s Secret PINK Sherpa Quarter Zip. Not only am I in love with the color of this, it is the softest thing ever. It feels like you’re wearing a blanket.
- Urban Outfitters Waffle Knit Turtleneck. I have been eying this sweater for so long and I am so glad I finally bought it. It is my favorite sweater of all time.
Miscellaneous
- Starbucks Christmas Blend Coffee. I work at Starbucks so I might be a little biased, but there is nothing better than a good cup of Starbucks Coffee. The Christmas Blend this year was so good.
- FitBit Alta. I got this for Christmas so I haven’t technically had it the whole month of December, but I love it. It has been really motivating for me to start being healthier.
- Bath and Body Works Holiday Sparkle Candle. I got some new holiday candles this winter and I have been burning this one non-stop.
