My first trip to Texas included a trip to the amazing Magnolia Market at the Silos, which is basically a super cute shopping area/bakery/lounging area with tons of fun stuff to do. We were only in Texas for a weekend and it happened to be the weekend of their huge annual festival, Silobration. From their website,
“There’s a little something for everyone at Magnolia Market at the Silos. Shopping, games, the garden and even a bite to eat. The Market itself is staged and set up with one goal in mind: to inspire you to own the space you’re in. We hope that you’ll come to visit and leave excited about your home.”
We walked around for hours and shopped while trying not to die in the heat. They had the cutest little food trucks lining the place and Madi and I got yummy popsicles that melted in two seconds and got all over our clothes.
The craft fair was hands down my favorite part of the experience. I think this is only something they have during Silobration, not every day. There were so many adorable shops.
My heart skipped a beat when I saw one of the craft fair vendors at the festival that I follow on Instagram. Frankie Jean is a clothing and accessory shop that I have been obsessed with for so long. When I found out they had a booth at the festival I almost died. I even got to meet the woman behind the business, and she was so sweet! I got some of the cutest Texas-themed souvenirs from them. Seriously, go check out their shop HERE and their Instagram HERE. Frankie Jean products and their Instagram feed are seriously goals.
We visited Silobration totally on a whim on our drive between Dallas and Austin and it ended up being one of my favorite parts of our trip. I totally recommend visiting the Silos any time of the year, but especially during Silobration!
