Summer is just flying by! I can’t believe I’ve already been living in Texas for 3 months. July was a crazy busy month for me (as usual). I worked and interned and blogged AND I flew home for a week to go to doctor’s appointments and shoot a wedding. It was SO nice to see Nick and my family and have lunch with my Grandmas. The hardest part about living in Texas is being away from everyone I love. Anyways, here’s what I was loving in July:
Beauty
- Brazilian Kiss Chapstick. I’d heard this chapstick is amazing so I picked one up in July. I love my Brazilian Bum Bum Cream so I had high hopes for this. It definitely lived up to my expectations! It smells amazing and it actually helps my lips…I have a hard time finding chapsticks that work.
- Sephora Collection Pearl Face Mask. I got this for free when Sephora was giving them out a few weekends ago! I love face masks and I’m always down to try out new masks. This one was super moisturizing and smells really good.
- MAC Lipstick in Tanarama. I waited in line for over an hour on National Lipstick Day to get this! I didn’t think I’d be one of the lucky few to get a free full sized MAC lipstick…but I did! I am so obsessed with this color. It’s a sheer metallicy nude that is good for everyday.
Clothing
- Threadwallets Elastic Wallet. In June I left my wallet in a Walmart cart corral for a full 24 hours. After that little mishap, I decided to start using my Threadwallet Elastic Wallet again. I hooked it to my keys and I haven’t lost anything important since! I love how cute and convenient they are. They’re also super affordable!
- Lululemon Free to Be Sports Bra. I lost this sports bra FOUR years ago and this month when I was selling some of my old purses I found it! I am so excited to be able to wear this again. Lululemon clothes are the best.
- Anthrolpologie Soft Striped Pants. I found the cutest pants on sale at Anthropologie in July. They are dressy but also casual and super comfortable.
Miscellaneous
- Cheddar and Sour Cream Pringles. I kind of wish I’d never discovered these because now I’m addicted. I never really like Pringles but I can’t stop eating these.
- Joby Gorilla Pod. It has been so nice to have this here in Texas with me to shoot blog photos. It really has been a lifesaver!
- Grow Fragrance Air + Fabric Sprays. I partnered with Grow Fragrance on a blog post so they sent me some of their air + fabric sprays to test out. They’re completely organic and chemical free. I’m so impressed with them, I can’t stop spraying them everywhere!
