One of my blog goals this year was to change up the format of my monthly favorites posts. I love doing them (and I’ve done one every month since I started blogging in 2015!), so I definitely don’t want to stop. I wanted to figure out a way to share my favorite things in a more fun way with pretty photos! Taking photos is my favorite part of blogging. Here is first official favorites post of 2019 in an all new format. I’m going to share a handful of things that I really love every few months. That’s it! KEROTIN SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER
This is technically two products, but using them together is magic. I’ll admit that I’m not usually one to change up my hair products. I can see a noticeable difference in my hair after only two days of using it – I’ve never used any products quite like these! Using the shampoo and conditioner together for my haircare routine makes my hair shiny, healthy, and full of volume. They also smell great, which is a major plus!
GLOSSIER SOLUTION
I have talked about this product a million times – it really is that amazing. I can’t get enough of it. I have skin as dry as the desert, so I was super hesitant about rubbing an acid all over my face every night. Not only did it not irritate my skin, it makes it feel smoother, clearer, and more glowy.
BETTER HOMES AND GARDENS MARBLE TRAY
I had been eyeing up this cute marble tray at Walmart for quite some time, and the other day I found it in the clearance aisle! Not gonna lie…I bought more than one. They were under $10 and they’re made of real marble! I love to put mine on my coffee table as sort of a centerpiece with a candle, and I also love using it for a cheese board, and it also doubles as a great background for blog and Instagram photos. This tray is a gem! I still can’t believe how cheap I got it.
BLUSH PINK WOVEN WALL HANGING
Did I need another wall hanging? No. Did I need to buy this weaving because it’s the cutest thing I’ve ever seen? Yes! The colors, the texture, the price ($15!) – they were all perfect. It’s basically me in the form of a weaving. I got it at Hobby Lobby (life hack, they always have 40% off coupons on their app that you can use on it).
FACIAL ROLLERS
My new obsession is rolling my face, neck, and head (I’m not crazy, rolling your temples helps with headaches so much!). I’ve seen rollers all over the internet recently, and I can see why everyone loves them. Regardless of whether you believe they have actual benefits for your skin or not, they feel soooo good! It’s basically a cooling facial massage. I have a Jade Roller and a Rose Quartz Roller, both by Serenity 7X. They are such high quality products and I highly recommend both of them. Both the Jade Roller and the Rose Quartz Roller have the same benefits – I love having them both because they are so pretty! I seriously keep one in my purse so I have it with me at all times. RAE DUNN “SOME BUNNY LOVES ME” MUG
My mom surprised me with this adorable mug the other day and it almost brought me to tears. You might not know, but I have always had a huge obsession with bunnies. I leave white porcelain Easter Bunny decorations out all year round (I dare you to judge me) – bunnies make me so happy! Not only is this mug the cutest thing ever, but it’s also made by Rae Dunn. I’ve been dying to have one of her pieces! I’ve never seen this cute little guy before, and it makes my heart so happy that my mom got it for me.
FILA SWEATSUIT
Nope, this bomb sweatsuit isn’t from Urban Outfitters. It’s from Costco! This is another one of my best finds ever. I love the sweatsuit trend, but it pains me to spend over $100 on a set. These pants were only $13, and the crewneck was only $15. I wear it so often – I literally had to change out of this outfit to take the pictures for this post! The purple color was a little out of my comfort zone, but it is now my second favorite color (after blush pink, of course). It’s so high quality and made from a thick, comfy material. I’m about to go buy it in every color they have!
GLOSSIER THE BALM DOTCOM
This is another favorite product of mine that I’ve raved about on here many times. I feel like I could win an award for the driest lips on the planet. I’ve almost used up a whole tube of this stuff! I love how affordable it is. At only $12 a tube, you can afford to buy 5 of them so you never have to go without. My favorite thing about this product (other than how well it hydrates my lips, of course) is that it doesn’t have a scent or taste.
