What does self-care mean to you? We see the term all over the internet almost daily, but have you ever really stopped to consider what it is? For me, self-care is taking a day (or even just an hour) to do something for yourself and only yourself. TREAT YOURSELF
Sometimes self-care means shopping at my favorite stores (let’s be real, most of the time). Target has been my #1 store for years, and I love shopping around to treat myself once in awhile. There’s just something about perusing the aisles looking for fun things to buy. When I’m there buying some yummy treats and new clothes that I don’t really need, I also add my Dial® brand favorites to my cart! Some of my favorite ways to get active are going for a long walk outside or doing a workout class at the gym.
